T.D.Y were my choice for relocation from Israel to London. It was based on a good detailed quote and explanations. It turned into the most unpleasant experience and todate I am still waiting for a reply about the breakage of my grandfather's Bidermeir chair.

I was charged for 3 cubic meters more then quoted in the estimate, 9-10cubic meters, I was charged twice for the journy from the port to my house but this was returned to me quickly by the English firm dealing with it. Luckily I look at my bills and discovered it.

When I tried to argue over the phone about the fact that it's more then 3cubic meters MORE then the estimate and suggested that the desk was not taken apart but shipped whole could account for it, they actually took the desk apart in the storage place without my permission and damaged it. This was in order to prove I was wrong and it is 13cubic meters.

I have sent them pictures of the damaged goods at their request and never got another reply. I gave up.

The one reply I got was a lot of incoherent points which had nothing to do with the actual complain.

All this happened at the end of March 2012. The last reply I got was 17/06/2012 answered the email on the 20/06/2012 and never received a reply.

Only one more complain - the people in the office do not have basic computer skills so that you don't get photoes sent in mega bites but this was the least of my problems.

As not all the boxes and furniture have been unpacked I do not know if there are more things damaged or missing.

I would recommend warning people NOT to use this firm!
