I have been using this company for more than 20 years. The Staff make sure that you have the best. You get to meet the owner at a farewell banquet. They recognize the leader and host. They give each person on your tour a certificate and gift from their company.
With this company you get much more than you paid for. You can make personal request for you trip, and they will see to it that it is done. If you have a complaint, they will take care of it. They never down-grade your hotels, only upgrade at no cost to you.
Rated A+++ with the Ministry of Tourism. They sometimes have the Minister of Toursim at your banquet.
