We were pushed into getting our boxes to them before the holidays started to make sure they would be sent in an orderly time. When it came time for payment they invoiced us way above the estimated quote the day before we were leaving meaning there was nothing we could do. (And it was two weeks later then when they said they would send). On the receiving end- they gave us the wrong email to contact the receiving shipping company- they didn’t send all the customs clearance (luckily I had these documents) every time we called to ask where the boxes were we were laughed at by the receptionist. Every email we sent went unanswered.
Now we are having to pay an extra quarantine expense. I also had to go pick up the boxes even though we paid for door to door delivery.
All in all what we were quoted as being 10-14 days turned into 2 months of waiting for 3 and a half boxes. This is the worst company. I would NEVER recommend them. Also some of the items in our boxes were broken.
This company charges way too much, Is unprofessional and does not adhere to any kind of client satisfaction.
