River is a distributed ledger technology (DLT) platform designed to facilitate the issuance of securities and administration of funds for closed-end investment funds. By digitizing a security on Hyperledger, matters such as ownership and regulatory compliance are embedded into the asset, enabling us to streamline the transfer of secondary fund interest sales. This also allows fund managers to provide their investors with added liquidity, automatic regulatory compliance and simplified auditing.
