E-Fishient Protein

E-Fishient Protein is the product of a collaboration between BioMeat FoodTech and the Volcani Institute of Israel. Its purpose is to provide a sustainable alternative to over-fishing by creating cultivated fish meat. The process begins by extracting cell samples from real fish and then integrating them into cell banks. These cell banks are then used to generate tissues, fat cells, and muscle cells to create the desired cultured fish.
