is there any possibility for a private person to purchase or receive service for a BDA-CDMA80-10-14-aa-xxx unit?
the original unit was installed about 7 years ago by pelephone and later on they refused to service it under so many pretexts.
the unit is critical to our operations_ actually we use 2- and we rely on them for critical data transfer. the ones we have provided reliable and continuous service until a few days ago.
i regret to say that what pelephone offered as an alternative was a bad joke: they tried originally to connect through wi-fi instead with negligible success.
perhaps you could propose another physical solution based on the same principle? the one we had worked!
